First Thing:
You can remove vista logo easily just go this link:http://rapidshare.com/files/260450549/hideflag_by_mohammedYousuf.zip and after extracting launch the application in it.... just after double clicking the .exe file you will now not see any logo or watermarks.
Second Thing:
Now make a shortcut of file hideflag.exe to your desktop and cut it to your startup by :
Start --> Programs --> Startup --> (paste here hideflag.exe)
